With the support of some generous local businesses, we’ve put together an amazing wellness prize pack for one lucky winner.

We’d love to simply sell raffle tickets to raise money for beautiful Georgie, but apparently that’s not quite within the rules!

So, entry into our community prize draw is completely FREE. Simply scan the code on the front to enter. We would absolutely love you to consider donating to Georgie’s GoFundMe while you’re there. Donations are entirely optional and neither donating—nor the amount you donate—will increase your chances of winning.

We’re raising funds to help Georgie travel to Queensland for a treatment intensive, so every donation would be hugely appreciated.

The promoter is Flex Physio Busselton.
Entry into the Community Prize Draw is free. There is no requirement to make a donation to enter.
We would, however, really love entrants to consider donating to Georgie’s GoFundMe to help her travel to Queensland for a treatment intensive. Donations are made separately and go directly to the GoFundMe fundraiser.
The amount donated—or the decision not to donate—will not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.
Entry is limited to one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form before 11:59pm AWST on 17 October 2026.
Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have the permission of their guardian.
One winner will be selected at random on 18 October 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, another winner may be selected at random.
The prize is the wellness prize pack described on the Community Prize Draw webpage. Prize items are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any services included in the prize are subject to the provider’s usual booking availability and any applicable eligibility or safety requirements.
Flex Physio Busselton is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, lost or not received due to technical difficulties.
